1. At Event level, navigate to the workflows module, and add the following blocks from left to right:
- Public registration: Enables the participant to fill out the (registration) form, land on a confirmation page, and receive a confirmation email. The public registration workflow block allows anyone, invited or not, to have access to and submit its connected form, on the event website.
- Pre-arrival: This stage is used to know that the participant has registered, it also enables the participant (optional) to update their registration details, land on a confirmation page, and receive a update confirmation email.
- Arrival: Used to check-in the participant onsite: Participant will automatically move from the stage"Pre-arrival" to "Arrival" when they check in.
2. Connect the workflow blocks as such, using the connection bubbles next to each workflow block: Public registration -> Pre-arrival -> Arrival
3. In each block, add the relevant pages & emails.
4. When all the blocks are connected, and when all the information in each block has been specified, click the publish button. This will make the updated participant journey go live.
