This guide will show you how to create a centralized website that serves as a hub for showcasing and managing your upcoming events, where your audience can explore meta-information about your events using an integrated event calendar. Visitors can browse detailed information for each event directly from the calendar and seamlessly navigate to each individual event for registration or further details.
Additionally, you are still free to work with all the other modules to create an even further tailored experience, for example to your hub you could add a form allowing your audience to maintain up-to-date CRM data all year round (where they can update their phone numbers, professional details, etc.)
This blueprint is perfect for organizations seeking a streamlined way to highlight their event portfolio while ensuring data accuracy and easy navigation.
You can quickly get started with this event setup by creating the event type "Central hub" in the library of events.
Step-by-Step Configuration
Step 1: Create the calendar integration
At Global level, in the Integrations module, create and configure the integration Calendar
Step 2: Create and customize your Central hub website
Along with the calendar integration, add all the content relevant to your hub: General details about your organization, about your events and their operations, about your speakers, etc.
You could also add a form for your contacts to update their information and keep your CRM up-to-date, add a shopping cart for them to purchase products or services, create and send promotional / update campaign emails, etc.
