This feature enables organizers to tailor activity visibility and participant experiences based on conditions tied to participant profiles or activity selections. By using dependencies, organizers can ensure that participants only see activities relevant to them or dynamically adjust other event elements based on activity registrations.
Example Use Cases
Displaying activities based on a dependency
An event includes exclusive VIP sessions. Using dependencies, these sessions are only visible to participants with a “VIP” status in their profile, ensuring that general attendees do not see activities they are not eligible to join.
Using the registration for an activity in a dependency
A participant registering for a “Networking Workshop” is shown additional fields to indicate their industry and job title, or a follow-up content section with pre-event networking tips. These elements remain hidden for participants who do not select the workshop.
With these flexible dependency settings, organizers can create personalized and efficient participant journeys, enhancing relevance and overall event engagement.
