The System emails submodule (Organization module at Global level) allows you to fully customize Azavista's system emails, ensuring consistent branding and a professional user experience. System emails include:

Account Creation – Sent when a new participant account is created

Confirmation Code – For verifying user identity (e.g. when a participant attempts to submit a new registration when, in an event, there already is a participant profile using this email address)

Password Reset – Contains a link to update the participant's password

Login Link – Provides direct login access to the event
Similarly to regular event emails, you can modify the emails' sending parameters (sending email address, name of the sender, email subject, etc.) and content (text, add images, etc.) with dynamic variables for a tailored experience.
