Azavista's workflow system allows backend users to manage participants' responses when they decline an event invitation or cancel their registration, to ensure an always smooth and automated participant journey.
Invitation Decline Block
This block manages participants who choose not to register for an event, it is connected to the first Registration block in your workflows canvas.
In the invitation email, participants can click the "Invitation Decline" button, confirming their choice on the event's registration form. Once confirmed, they are automatically moved to the "Invitation Declined" stage.
Registration Cancellation Block
This block handles participants who cancel their event registration, it is connected to the Pre-arrival block(s) in your workflows canvas.
After registering, participants can click the "Cancel" button on the active form (e.g., registration form) to confirm their cancellation. They are then automatically moved to the "Registration Cancelled" stage.
Additional Features
-
Disable/Enable feedback form: Backend users can enable separate forms to collect reasons for declining the invitation or cancelling registration.
-
Re-registration (continue registration after cancellation): Users can decide whether participants can re-register after declining or cancelling by sending them back to the initial registration workflow and form.
