The Splitter block is used to direct participants to different paths in your registration workflow based on their profile or participant type, such as VIP vs. regular attendee, online vs. onsite participant, or any other custom logic.
This block is especially useful when a single event includes multiple participant journeys that require distinct forms, pages, processes, etc.
🔗 How it Works
Place the Splitter block after a registration block (e.g. Public, Private, or Payment Registration).
Participants are automatically routed to the next relevant block based on pre-defined conditions, such as form answers or field values predefined by backend users.
For example:
-
VIPs may be routed to a block with premium access options
-
Onsite attendees may be directed to a badge pickup flow
-
Online attendees may go directly to a content access stage
Use this block to customize participant journeys at scale while keeping workflows clear and organized.
