The Event Cancellation block is used to notify all participants that the event has been cancelled. This action is triggered from the Event Dashboard, under Settings > Event status > Cancelled.
When the event is cancelled, all participants are moved to the block's stage, typically labeled Event cancelled. This stage is for internal reference only.

Cancellation email: Select the email template that will be sent to all participants upon event cancellation.

Stage name: Define the custom label for this stage (commonly “Event cancelled”).

Once the event status is changed to Cancelled in the Event Dashboard:

All participants are moved to the Event cancelled stage

The selected cancellation email is automatically sent to inform them of the change
