The Pre-arrival block is used to track and manage participants who have submitted a form, whether it's a registration, survey, or any other form. It typically follows a Registration block and precedes an Arrival block, which is used to track check-ins at the event.
Using the Pre-arrival block, you may allow participants to return and update their form submissions if needed. Each time they resubmit the form, they receive an updated confirmation email and are redirected to a confirmation page, both of which are typically labeled to reflect the update (e.g. “Submission updated”).

🔗 How it Works
Connect the Pre-arrival block to a preceding registration block and connect it to a following Arrival block to track participants who check in to the event.
Once participants are moved into the Pre-arrival block (i.e. after their initial submission), they can revisit the form and make updates at any time.
Each time they submit updates:
-
They are redirected to the configured Thank You page
-
They receive the updated confirmation email
-
They remain in the Pre-arrival stage unless manually moved forward, or until they are checked-in at the event.
