The Registration Cancellation block allows participants to cancel a registration they’ve already submitted. When a participant clicks the “Cancel registration” button on the web form, a popup window appears asking them to finalize their cancellation.
Optionally, you can display a form after the cancellation is confirmed. For example, to collect the reason for cancelling. If the participant submits this form, they are placed in a separate stage, allowing you to differentiate those who gave feedback from those who didn’t.
You can also allow participants to access the registration form even after cancelling their registration, in case they change their mind.
⚙️ Settings

-
Form (optional): Select a form participants can access after confirming cancellation (e.g. to provide a reason).
-
Thank you page: Choose the page participants are redirected to after submitting the form.
-
Thank you email: Select the confirmation email sent upon form submission.
-
Cancelled with reason stage name: Define a custom stage label (commonly “Cancelled with reason”) to track participants who submitted the optional form.
- Continue registration (optional): Select the Registration block to allow participants to access the registration form, even after having confirmed cancelling their registration (should they change their mind).
🔗 How it Works
Connect the Cancellation block to the connection dot located under the Pre-arrival block. When a participant clicks “Decline” in the invitation email and confirms the action on the website:
-
They are placed in the Cancelled stage
-
If a form is shown and submitted, they are moved to the Cancelled with reason stage
-
They are redirected to the configured thank you page
-
They receive the thank you email
- If selected, they can loop back to the registration block to re-register (should they change their mind)
