The Payment Registration block enables participants to access a form—a registration form, a survey, or any other type of form, and purchase items using the Tickets and Products module along with the Shopping Cart section on the web page. Using the Payment Registration block, anyone who has access to the event's website can access, complete the form, and proceed with payment.
Once the participant successfully submits the form and completes payment, they are redirected to a confirmation page, receive a confirmation email, and are moved to the next block, typically the Pre-arrival block.

🔗 How it Works
Connecting the Payment Registration block to a preceding block like Invitation is optional, since anyone with access to the event website can access the form. However, linking it can still be useful for tracking the stage of participants who received an invitation email.
Connect the Payment Registration block to a following block like Pre-arrival to manage participants who have successfully submitted the form and completed their payment.
After submitting the form:
-
If the payment is successful, the participant is:
-
Redirected to the specified Thank You page
-
Sent the Thank You email
-
Moved to the next stage in the workflow
-
-
If the payment fails, the participant is:
-
Redirected to the Failed page
-
Not moved forward in the workflow (they get to submit the form again).
