One or multiple new users can be added in the Users submodule of the Users module, in the left navigation bar.
There, click on the Plus button and fill in the necessary fields to add a new user; First name, last name and email. If you want this user to be able to change your organization settings and add more users, check the field Superadmin.
By clicking on the "See details" option of the Actions menu, you will open a detail view for each user - where you will be able to see all their information as well as the teams they belong to.
