There are two ways to create an event from a template.
1. In the Events list
New events can be added by clicking on Events in the main menu on the left of the screen. In the Events list, click on the big Plus button. This will bring a pop-up menu where you can choose to create an event from scratch or from an event template.
Clicking on "Create from template" will bring up a pop-up where you can choose the template from which you want to create your event. These event templates are pre-made and can be viewed in the Events menu under "Event templates".
There, you will need to fill in a couple of mandatory fields (name, dates, team), select which modules you will use from this template, and add them to your newly created event.
2. In the Event templates
On the left side navigation, go to Events, Event templates. Clicking on this item will lead you to the list of all event templates created. When you find the right template, you can click on the three dots in the Action column of that event template and select the option Create event.
There, you will need to fill in a couple of mandatory fields (name, dates, team), select which modules you will use from this template, and add them to your newly created event.
