In the form builder, it is possible to use any type of field that is available in the Fields Manager module. There are many types of fields to choose from, including:
- Text
- Select
- Multiselect
- Number
- Date
- Time
- Date-time
- Checkbox
- Integer
The fields you can use are the ones provided by default in Azavista and those that you previously created yourself.

The form builder shares the same interface as the website builder. In the sections, you can quickly find any participant field you have previously created. Simply drag and drop the desired fields to the form section in the builder. If you want to rename any existing field in the form, you can do that by double-clicking on the text.
