You can upload a contact list by clicking the + symbol in the Contacts submodule of the CRM module, then select the "Upload file from desktop" option.
Select your file and click on apply. A download bar will appear, once it reaches 100% click on ‘Save and proceed’ to finalize the upload.
You can then match the columns from the spreadsheet with the ones available in Azavista.
Once you have done this for all columns, click on 'Save and proceed’. In case you have uploaded the wrong file, you can click on the ‘reset’ button to start the process again with a different uploaded file. You will be able to solve duplicates in the 4th step of the upload process.
The last step is to click on the ‘Upload’ button. You will now be able to see the contacts you have uploaded, in the Contacts submodule of the CRM.
