To check what stages are your participants currently in, click on the Participants module at Event level.
If the column "Stage" is not visible for you, add it by clicking on the pen icon. You can also use filters to only see participants in a specific stage.
You can also check how many participants are in each stage in the Stages submodule of the Workflows module. You can see all of the people in a specific stage by clicking on it.
