To add a product, click on the Tickets & products module -> Products at the Global level of the platform, in the left navigation bar. There, click on the blue plus button to add a new product and enter its name.
The detailed product view will then open, allowing you to configure the following:
- Name - Name of your product
- Category - Add any category
- Type - Is it a ticket, a session, or a custom product
- Price - How much will the product cost
- Currency - In which currency will the product be displayed
- More than one - Are participants able to buy more than one of this product
- Max per buyer - How many of this product is one participant allowed to buy
- Taxes - Add one of the previously created taxes
- Cancellation terms - Add one of the previously created cancellation terms
Products that you create in this stage will need to be added to one or multiple product groups in order to be added to an event or event template.
