To add a product group, click on the Tickets & products module -> Product groups at the Global level of the platform, in the left navigation bar. There, click on the blue plus button to add a new product and enter its name.
As a side note, products alone cannot be added to events and events templates, only product groups can be.
The detailed product group view will then open, allowing you to configure the four following tabs:
- Details - Update the product group's name
- Products - See the list of all products added to this group
- Events - List of all the events this product group has been added to
- Event templates - List of all event templates this product group has been added to
