The workflow "Registration for invite-only events" is used to define the registration process for events for which participants have been previously invited by email.
A thank you page (and email) can be set up for the participant to receive confirmation of their registration. A cancellation workflow can be linked to it, should participants wish to cancel their registration.
- "Form": Which form(s) will be used for the registration of the participant
- "Additional content pages available in this workflow": Which (normally hidden in the Menu editor of the Website module) pages can now be seen by the participant when in this registration workflow
- "Thank you page": Which page will be displayed once the participant has completed their registration. If multiple forms are used for registration, the thank you page will only be visible once the last form is submitted
- "Thank you email": Which email to be sent once the participant has completed their registration. If multiple forms are used for registration, the email will only be sent once the last form is submitted
- "Cancellation workflow": Which cancellation workflow will be triggered, should the participant wish to cancel their registration
- "Next workflow": Which workflow to be used next
- "Registration in progress stage (multiple forms registrations)": When the registration is being processed (for example, when multiple forms are used and a participant completes one, but not the other form yet), in what stage the participant will be put. The name of this stage can be added manually, or, if left empty, it will be named automatically by Azavista
- "Registration completed stage": When the registration is completed, in what stage the participant will be put. The name of this stage can be added manually, or, if left empty, it will be named automatically by Azavista
