The workflow "Registration for paid events" is used for events that require a payment. This workflow can be used both for invite-only and public events. Additional processes such as "Payment failed page", "Order completed stage name" & "Order in progress stage name" are included in this workflow.
Please note, additional elements need to be set up in order for this workflow to work:
- A third party payment integration (e.g. Strip, Mollie, Cybersource etc.) needs to be set up in the Integrations module
- The registration form or one of the forms in this workflow has to have a shopping cart section in it, so the form submit button redirects the participant to the payment process
- "Form": Which form(s) will be used for the registration of the participant
- "Thank you email": Which email to be sent once the participant has completed their registration. If multiple forms are used for registration, the email will only be sent once the last form is submitted
- "Pages": Which (normally hidden in the Menu editor of the Website module) pages can now be seen by the participant when in this registration workflow
- "Thank you page": Which page will be displayed once the participant has completed their registration. If multiple forms are used for registration, the thank you page will only be visible once the last form is submitted
- "Payment failed page": Which page will be displayed if the payment has failed
- "Cancellation workflow": Which cancellation workflow will be triggered, should the participant wish to cancel their registration
- "Next workflow": Which workflow to be used next
- "Order completed stage name": When the payment is successful and the participant is registered, in what stage the participant will be put. The name of this stage can be added manually, or, if left empty, it will be named automatically by Azavista
- "Order in progress stage name": When the payment is pending, or the registration is being processed (for example, when multiple forms are used and a participant completes one, but not the other form yet), in what stage the participant will be put. The name of this stage can be added manually, or, if left empty, it will be named automatically by Azavista
