A bounced email is an email that fails to reach the intended destination for various possible reasons. In order to track bounces in the Azavista Email Marketing module, you first need to indicate an address for the emails to bounce to. This is done when creating a new email campaign or in the campaign details tab of an existing one.
- In the case of the 3.0.app.azavista.com instance, this address is email@example.com
- In the case of a private instance customer, this address is firstname.lastname@example.org
Once this is configured, it can be seen in the Audience tab of an email campaign whether an email was sent successfully or bounced, as indicated in the Status column.
