The emails created on a global level are connected to global processes or local event processes, which are sent to planners and not participants/contacts. For example, such system emails can be used to notify planners when an event is created by another planner, when information such as the status of an event in an event is changed, and many more. There are also no forms in this type of emails.
To add an email template on a global level, select the module Global Processes and go to the Email Templates. Click on +Add Email Template, give it a name and select the theme.
Click on the three action dots in order to edit the template. This email builder works the same as the one on an event level. Personalize the email as you like, by choosing from the variety of sections on the right. Once your email is complete, click on Publish in order to be able to send it.
