About the calendar integration
Our Calendar integration allows you to create a comprehensive calendar of your events. It can be easily embedded on your event website and shared via a simple link.
The calendar centralizes all event information in one place, making it easy for attendees to stay informed and organized. It also enhances the visibility of your events, ensuring a wider reach and better engagement.
The calendar can be displayed in a list view, or in a calendar view. Events can be searched and filtered, using any of the available custom event fields.
Configuring the calendar integration
- Create the calendar integration
- Tab name: Enter a tab name (displayed in the browser)
- Add to event name: Optional: Add an additional event field, displayed next to the name of the event
- Fields used to filter: Optional: Add filter options, you may select custom event fields
- Fields used to display event: Optional: Add custom event fields to be displayed in the event block
- Theme: Optional: Select a theme
- Click save
- At event level, add the section "Calendar" in the selected web pages, and select the calendar integration (in the section's settings)
