The participant audit log is a powerful tool that logs any update to a participant's details, including which user did the update and when the update was made. This is especially useful when you're working with multiple Azavista users and/or when there are unwanted changes to participant details you'd like to revert.
In order to view the audit log for a participant, navigate to your event, and to the Participants module. Then click on the participant whose audit log you'd like to view, and navigate to the Audit tab.
In the audit log, you have the choice to get an overview of the updates in either a list view or a card view. When you're dealing with many fields, it is recommended to use the card view since it provides a broader view of all updated fields without the need to configure columns manually.
To switch views, use the list and card view buttons found at the top right of the audit log.
