A messaging integration is required in order for you to be able to send out SMS messages to your participants, contacts, users, or teams. For more information on SMS messaging visit the related section of our knowledge base.
In order to add a messaging integration, navigate to the Integrations module on the global level, and click the Add Integration button.
In the popup window, select Messaging under the Type drop-down menu, select messagebird under the Sub-type drop-down menu, and give an easily recognizable name to your integration. Then click Create.
Once you do that, you will land at the integration settings page. Enter the access key you retrieve from MessageBird here, and type a value in the Originator field for identification purposes, like your user name. Then click Save.
Then log in to your messagebird account and access following page https://dashboard.messagebird.com/en-gb/developers/access
In this page create a new key
And copy the key into Azavista in the access key field
The originator is sender name which appears in the text message of the received
After saving, remember to activate the integration by turning on the "Integration inactive/active" switch.
Once you activate your integration, it will be ready to be used for sending SMS messages to your participants, contacts, users, or teams.
