==========
Description of the Workflow
The workflow "Registration waiting list" is used to define the registration process for public events with a waiting list. This waiting list can be turned on or off:
- The waiting list is enabled:
- Once a specific number of participants has been reached, all new participants will be placed on the waiting list.
- The waiting list is disabled:
- Once a specific number of participants has been reached, the registration form is disabled - There cannot be new participants.
A thank you page (and email) can be set up for the participant to receive confirmation of their registration. A cancellation workflow can be linked to it, should participants wish to cancel their registration.
A Waiting list widget "Event waiting list" can also be placed on the event's dashboard to keep track of the participants who have registered and the ones who have been placed on the waiting list.
