Introduction
This event preset lets you manually approve the participants who wish to register for your event.
How does it work?
- The event website is open to the public and the registration form is linked to a public registration workflow, meaning anyone can access the website and submit the registration form.

- Potential participants first submit their registration forms. They then receive an email confirming that they have submitted their form, in which it is mentioned that an event planner will be approving their registration

- An event manager can then manually approve their registration, by placing them in the stage “Registered” in the Participants module

- Once the participants are placed in the stage “Registered”, they receive an email confirming their registration
