Events can be created out of one of these options: From an event preset, From scratch, or From a template.
Event presets are natively pre-built events that let you work on the content of your event straight away, without having to set up its framework first. The relevant essential web pages, emails, workflows, and integrations are already included in each event present, these include for example Invite-only events, public registration events, etc.
Creating an event from scratch gives you full control from the start, with modules empty of content and parameters. This option is recommended for advanced users only who wish to create events from A to Z.
Creating an event from a template is similar to creating an event from a preset, except that it is from your own version of an event.
