The Events list is where you can create, find, organize and manage all of your events. For more information about the Overview list, see our dedicated article on the subject
You can view the list of events in a list, a calendar, or with cards.
Events can be created out of one of these options: From an event preset, From scratch, From a template, or by Importing an event file.
- Event presets are natively pre-built events that let you work on the content of your event straight away, without having to set up its framework first. The relevant essential web pages, emails, workflows, and integrations are already included in each event present, these include for example Invite-only events, public registration events, etc.
- Creating an event from scratch gives you full control from the start, with modules empty of content and parameters. This option is recommended for advanced users only who wish to create events from A to Z.
- Creating an event from a template is similar to creating an event from a preset, except that it is from your own version of an event.
- Import from file: Events can be exported using the Actions menu (3 dots), and imported again into Azavista. This is especially useful if you work with multiple accounts/environments.
- This works similarly to creating an event from a template: The exported file contain all the information about the event (participants excluded), and importing an event is essentially copying it.
