In this submodule you can save and edit the list of your contacts. You add contacts one by one or import them from a spreadsheet, Contacts are also automatically created whenever a Participant registers for one of your events.
From here and via the Actions menu, you can exports contacts, add them to an event, and email or message them.
The detailed view of a Contact allows you to see the information for all of the Global Participant fields that exist, as well as which events they have registered for, and which emails/messages they have received.
Keep in mind that Contacts cannot be deleted if they exist as participants in an event, as Contacts are always automatically created from Participants.
By default, when a Participant submits/updates a form in an Event it will also update the CRM Contact information. The other way around is not true, unless the setting "Always update CRM contact value to Event Participant value" has been enabled for the relevant field (i.e. when the field of a Contact is updated, it will automatically update the Participant version of this contact across all events).
