1. Create the location in the Meeting rooms management module (Global level)
2. Create rooms inside the location (Global level)
3. Add the room in the Meeting rooms overview submodule (Event level)
4. In the Activities submodule, create an activity (Event level)
5. Via the activity's Actions menu, click on "Request room" (Event level)
6. In the Meetings calendar submodule, Drag and drop the Activity to the desired room and timeslot (Event level)
7. To change the Activity's status to approved, click on the activity (Event level)
8. To solve any discrepancy between the actual Activity's start/end time & its timeslot in the calendar, tick the box "Update the start and/or end of the activity to solve the conflicts" and click save. (Event level)
