The Participants module is very similar to the Contacts submodule (in the CRM at global level), in that it is where you can add and manage all of the participants of your event in a single spot.
Participants can be added one at a time, or be uploaded from a spreadsheet.
From this module you can operate the following actions:
- Open the detailed view of the participants
- Send emails to the participants
- Send text messages to the participants
- Update the participants' stages
- Update the participants' fields
- Export participants into a spreadsheet
- Add participants to activities
- Add participants to another event
- (un)Assign participants from/to a team
- Export the participants into a PDF document / generate certificates
- Archive participants
