The platform is divided into 2 main interfaces, also called levels: The Global level and the Event level. The scope of the modules available in the Left side navigation menu will vary depending on which level you are in.
Event level is accessed by entering an event, via the Events module at Global level.
Global level is accessed by clicking the buttons "General dashboard" or "Events" when at Event level.

At Global level, the modules let you generically set up, manage, and configure various tools:
- Events: Create and manage all of your events. Click on an Event to enter its Event level.
- Users: Create and manage all of the platform users.
- CRM: Create and manage all of your Contacts and their Organizations. Contacts are automatically created whenever a participant is created in an Event.
- Documents: Files uploaded in the Global version of this module can only be accessed here. They cannot be accessed at Event level.
- Email marketing: Emails created in the Global version of this module can only be accessed here. They cannot be accessed at Event level.
- Integrations: Create and manage the integrations for your Azavista account and for your events.
- Tickets and products: Tickets & products are created in the Global version of this module. From here they can be assigned to Events & Event templates.
- Global fields manager: Create and manage custom fields for Contacts, Organizations, and Events. Contact fields & Event fields created here can be used across all events.
- Reports: Create downloadable spreadsheets by pulling data from the platform and from all of your events.
- Meeting rooms management: Locations and their rooms are created in the Global level version of this module. Rooms can be added from the Event level version of this module.
- Theme: Create and manage all of your themes. Themes can be selected whenever you create an email or a webpage, and for the Engagement app.

At Event level, everything set up, managed, and configured within the available module will be saved for this event only.
- Event dashboard: Quickly get an overview of your Event's data with widgets and tweak the event's settings.
- Fields manager: Create and manage custom fields for the Event for its Participants. Fields created here are available for this event only.
- Website: Create and manage the website of the event
- Documents: Upload files relevant to this event only. Files added here cannot be accessed from any other event or from the Global level version of this module.
- Email marketing: Create and manage emails to be sent to the audience of this event. Email created here cannot be accessed from any other event or from the Global level version of this module.
- Activity management: Create and manage activities for this event.
- Workflows: Configure the participant journey automations of this event.
- Participants: Create and manage the participants of this event.
- Tickets and products: Add tickets and products to your event (created and added from Global level).
- Reports: Create downloadable spreadsheets by pulling data from this event.
- Meeting rooms management: Add rooms to your event (rooms are created at global level) and use them in the Meetings calendar.
