There are several reasons why the form may not be accessible:

The form is not linked to a Workflow automation, or the form is linked to a private Workflow automation you are not currently in (see step 6 of this article)

No header was added to your web page(s) (section in the web builder). Forms are accessed via the Website's header.

The Event status is not set to "Published" (Event dashboard -> Settings)

The Event registration deadline is passed (Event dashboard -> Settings)
