To Create a rooming list report per hotel with room count follow the instructions below.
On the event level, go to Field manager, Participant fields and select +Field and Add a custom field for the Hotel Name with the field type ‘Select’, and field Category “Personal Information” then select proceed.
Then add the hotels to the custom field values:
Then select "Participants" +Participants on the right top and enter the First name, Last name and Email:
Under Participants details, select the 'Hotel name' and complete all other mandatory fields and save.
and select apply.
Then create a participant view either by selecting +Create View or selecting the wheel on the participants page and add the 'Hotel Name' to the Columns to be displayed list.
then go to Reports, + Reports, select the type "Event Participants" , give it a name and select the desired team.
go to the report settings and create a participant filter and select "Hotel Name", "Is one off", and the Hotel you like to report on as shown below.
Under Columns select the desired columns to report on including the Hotel Name.
And select Apply and Save.
Then go to Versions and select + Version.
Click on the 3 dots to view or export the report.
To add a room count, go back to Fields manager, select +Field, type in a label and select field type 'Number' and Category "Personal information"
Enter a name and display label.
Then go back to participants, select the created participant and select the wheel on the top right.
Drag the Count field just created to the columns to display.
Then under Participants select the just created participant, select "Edit Mode" on the top right. In the Hotel Room Count field just created type 1 and save changes.
then go back to Reports, select the Hotel-Room-Report just created, go to settings, columns and add the count field.
Select "Apply" and Save
Go to Versions, select +Version.
Select the 3 dots behind the latest version report just created to view, export or download the report.
