The chatbot provides quick access to help and guidance for any module, while the Beamer button shows recent updates, improvements, fixed issues, and common platform questions. The chatbot is available on the bottom-right in the Badge module.

Steps to Use the Chatbot
Step 1: Locate the Chatbot
Find the chatbot button on the bottom-right corner of the screen in the Badge module.
Step 2: Open the Chatbot
Click the chatbot icon to begin interacting and searching for guidance.
Step 3: Search for a Module
Click the search bar and type the module or feature you need help with.
Step 4: View the Description
The chatbot displays a short description of the module along with helpful information.
Step 5: Review Related Articles
Related articles appear as numbered links within the chatbot’s response.
Step 6: Preview an Article
Hover over a number to see its link, then click to open the article inside the chatbot in an expanded view.
Step 7: Open the Article Externally
To view it in a new window, click the Open in Help Center hyperlink.
Steps to Use the Beamer
Step 1: Locate Beamer (Logged-Out Users)
If you are logged out, the Beamer button appears in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
Step 2: Access Updates (Logged-In Users)
If you are logged in, click the bell icon in the navbar top-right to view platform updates.
Step 3: Open the Update Pop-Up
Clicking the bell icon opens a pop-up showing the latest updates, improvements, fixed issues, and common platform questions.
Step 4: View Full Update Details
Click the “What’s new on Azavista Event…” link to open a full overview in a new window.
