Adding and Managing Activities Dependency Condition(s)

Activity Dependency Conditions allow organizers to apply conditional logic based on activity-level data. By configuring dependency conditions for different activity field types, you can control visibility, behavior, or availability of activities, fields, or content. This article explains how to create, update, and remove dependency conditions for Activity-related fields.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. Create a dependency condition for Text, Rating, Opinion, URL, and Email fields
- Select the Activity object while creating or editing a dependency.
- Choose an activity field with the type Text, Rating, Opinion, URL, or Email.
- Define the condition using the supported criteria options (for example, is equal to, contains, or is empty).
- Save the dependency condition.
2. Create a dependency condition for Select and Multi-select fields
- Select the Activity object.
- Choose an activity field with the type Select or Multi-select.
- Define the condition using the available selection-based criteria.
- Save the dependency condition.
3. Create a dependency condition for Date, Date-Time, Time, and Travel Date-Time fields
- Select the Activity object.
- Choose an activity field with the type Date, Date-Time, Time, or Travel Date-Time.
