Downloading Documents from Participant Upload Fields (Event Level)
Overview
The participant documents feature allows administrators to download files submitted via participants’ Document/Upload fields. The platform supports both single and multi-row download actions, giving you flexibility to download individual documents or multiple files at once. This ensures easy access to participant-submitted documents for review, reporting, or archival purposes.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Access Participant Documents
- Open the main navigation menu.
- Navigate to the Participants section.
- Open the participant record containing the document upload fields.
- The document listing for the participant displays all uploaded files.
2. Download a Single Document
- Locate the document in the participant’s upload field.
- Click the Download icon next to the specific document.
- The file will be saved locally to your system.
3. Download All Documents for a Participant
- To download all uploaded files from a participant, click Download All to Folder.
- All documents from the selected participant will be saved to your designated folder.
4. Execute Multi-Row Download Action
- From the participant listing or document table, select multiple documents using the checkboxes.
- Open the Multi-Row Actions menu.
- Select Download from Attributes.
- Optionally, use the Field Select dropdown to filter by a specific document field.
- Click Export to begin downloading all selected documents.
5. Field Selection for Downloads
- Use the Field Select dropdown to choose which document fields to include in the download.
- This is useful when participants have multiple upload fields and you only want to download documents from specific fields.
