Adding and Configuring Multiregistration Form on a Webpage
Overview
The MultiRegistration Form allows event organizers to collect and display registration details for multiple participants within a single registration flow. Using the Web Builder, you can add the MultiRegistration Form to a web page, configure its properties, manage section-level settings, and control its visibility and placement on the page.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. Access the Web Builder
- From the Event dashboard, navigate to the Content module.
- Select Pages submenu.
- Open the required web page in edit mode.
2. Drag and Drop the MultiRegistration Form
- From the Sections panel, locate the MultiRegistration Form.
- Drag and drop the form onto the desired area of the web page.
3. Enter or Edit the Form Id
- Select the MultiRegistration Form on the page.
- In the Properties panel, enter or update the Id field.
- Ensure the Id is unique within the page.
4. Enter or Edit the Form Title
- In the Title field, enter or modify the title of the form.
- The title is displayed as the header of the MultiRegistration Form on the web page.
5. Select Dependency from the Dependency Select Field
- From the Dependency dropdown, select the required dependency rule.
- The MultiRegistration Form is displayed only when the selected dependency conditions are satisfied.
6. Select Section Version Type
- From the Section Version Type dropdown, select the required version.
- This determines how the MultiRegistration Form behaves or is rendered on the page.
7. Enter or Edit Id for Each Section
- Within the MultiRegistration Form, select an individual section.
- Enter or update the Id for the selected section.
- Each section Id must be unique within the form.
8. Enter or Edit Title for Each Section
- Select the required section within the form.
- Enter or modify the Title field.
- The title helps identify the section for users viewing the web page.
9. Manage the MultiRegistration Form
- Reposition the MultiRegistration Form using drag-and-drop within the page layout.
- Remove the MultiRegistration Form if it is no longer required.
10. Save and Apply Changes
- Save and publish the web page to apply the MultiRegistration Form configuration.
- Preview the page to confirm that all form fields display and function as expected.
