The Engagement app lets Event planners and their participants virtually engage together in many ways.
- The app creates virtual spaces for your activities, where Event planners and participants can interact via text and/or videoconferencing (webinars, meetings, etc.)
- It also provides a lead scanning solution for your exhibitors/sponsors/etc.
There are 2 main interfaces in the Engagement app: The Engagement app main page, and the Engagement app activity page.

- A - Event content
- Show the page selected in the Engagement app generic settings
- B - Agenda
- See all the visible activities
- C - My Agenda
- See the Activities added to the favorites
- D - Happening now
- See the Activities happening now
- E - Activity dates
- See the visible activities of a specific date
- F - Activities
- List of visible activities (click on an activity to enter the Engagement app Activity page)
- G - Favorite activities
- Add an activity to your favorites
- H - Engagement app menu
- Tweak the settings of the Engagement app (language, enable/disable the video and audio, show the Activities in your local time or in the Activities time)
- I - Badge scanning
- Lets participants and exhibitors scan other participants' QR codes, retrieving their participant details (first name, last name, email, etc.) The list can then be downloaded into a spreadsheet.
- This tab must have been enabled in the Engagement app generic settings

Engagement app Activity page
- A - Conferencing integration (virtual integration)
- The virtual integration you have chosen is used here, there you can tweak all the settings of this integration (e.g. screen sharing, turn on/off the webcam or microphone, etc.)
- B - Engagement app menu
- Tweak the settings of the Engagement app (language, enable/disable the video and audio, show the Activities in your local time or in the Activities time)
- C - Interaction features
- Create and reply to Questions / Polls / Group chats / 1-1 chats, Open content
- Only moderators can create Polls and push Content.
- Moderation can also be enabled for Questions & Group chats, a moderator will first need to approve them when they are created.

- Add Question / Poll / Group chat / 1-1 on chat
- E - Event feed
- See the historic of communication in the activity
- F - Event details / Participants / Sponsors
- See the details of the Event or the Participants registered for the Activity
- The tab Sponsors can be enabled or disabled in the Engagement app settings (Generic or Activity specific settings), in the Activities module.
