The Forms and Fields sections are used to create and structure forms for registrations, requests, and other data collection needs.

Forms act as containers for fields - fields cannot be placed outside of these containers. You can choose between single-column or double-column layouts, depending on your formatting preferences.
Fields represent all available fields from the Fields Manager, including both system and custom fields. You can drag and drop these fields into form containers, allowing participants to fill them in.
There are two key settings available for fields
- Mandatory – The participant must complete the field before submitting the form. This applies to text input, dropdown selections, file uploads, and other field types.
- Locked – The field’s content is pre-filled and cannot be edited by the participant. This is useful when displaying predefined details, such as a participant's registration type (e.g., Regular Participant, Sponsor, Supplier), ensuring that critical information remains unchanged.
