Managing and Executing Row Actions for a Workflow Stage
Overview
Row actions allow you to quickly manage and configure workflow stages directly from the Stages list view. As a user, you can edit configuration, assign forms, define thank-you or cancellation behaviour, set a default stage, or delete one or more stages using single or multi-row actions. This article explains how to use each available row action.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. Execute Single Row Action: Edit Configuration
- On the Event Dashboard, go to the Workflows module.
- Click the Stages submenu.
- Go to More Options (⋮) for any stage row.
- Select Edit Configuration.
- The Edit Stage pop-up opens, where you can update the stage name and category.
- Save your changes.
2. Execute Single Row Action: Select Forms
- Go to More Options (⋮) for any stage row.
- Click Select Forms.
- Choose the form(s) you want to assign to the stage from the available list.
- Confirm and save your selection.
3. Execute Single Row Action: Set Thank You Page
- Go to More Options (⋮) for any stage row.
- Select Set Thank You Page.
- Choose the Thank You Page to display after form submission.
- Save your configuration.
4. Execute Single Row Action: Set Cancellation Form
- Go to More Options (⋮) for any stage row.
- Click Set Cancellation Form.
- Select the cancellation form you want to assign.
- Save the changes so the form is applied to the stage.
5. Execute Single Row Action: Set as Default
- Go to More Options (⋮) for any stage row.
- Click Set as Default.
- The stage is now marked as the default workflow stage.
Tip: Only one stage can be set as default at a time.
6. Execute Multi-Row Action: Delete
- In the Stages list, select the checkbox next to one or more stages.
- Click the Delete multi-row action.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Note: Deleted stages cannot be restored. Ensure the stage is not actively in use before deleting it.
Result
You can now efficiently manage workflow stages using single or multi-row actions to configure, assign forms, define behaviour, set defaults, or delete stages directly from the list view.
