Accessing and Managing Participants for a Workflow Stage
Overview
The Participants section allows you to view, add, and manage all participants assigned to a specific workflow stage. From here, you can open the participant list for a stage, add single participants manually, or upload multiple participants in bulk from a file. This article explains how to perform these actions.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. Click on any stage to access the associated Participant list
- Go to the Event Dashboard, go to the Workflows module.
- Click the Stages submenu.
- Click any stage from the list.
- The Participant list for the selected stage opens, displaying all participants currently assigned to that stage.
2. Add a single participant
- In the Participant list, click the + Participant button (or similar action button).
- Click Add Single Participant.
- Enter the participant details, such as name, email address, and any required fields.
- Assign the participant to the selected stage (if not already pre-filled).
- Click Save to create the participant record.
3. Bulk upload participants via Upload file from Desktop option
- In the Participant list, click the + Participant button (or similar action button).
- Select Upload file from Desktop.
- Choose the file containing participant data (for example, a CSV or Excel file — depending on system configuration).
- Map the fields if prompted to ensure data imports correctly.
- Confirm and start the upload.
- Once complete, the newly uploaded participants will appear in the Participant list for the stage.
Result
You can now easily access the participant list for any workflow stage and manage participants by adding them individually or importing them in bulk from your desktop.
