Accessing and Managing Global Reports
Overview
The Global Reports module enables users to view, manage, and take actions on reports created across the platform. Users can easily access a list of available reports and perform both single-row and multi-row actions such as viewing details, duplicating reports, exporting the latest version, or archiving reports. This functionality helps streamline report management and improves efficiency in handling reporting tasks.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. Access Global Reports
- On the General dashboard, navigate to Reports module.
- Select Report List to open the list of all created reports.
2. View List of Reports
- Once inside the Global Reports section, you will see a table displaying all available reports.
- The list typically includes key details such as report name, type, creation date, and status.

Go to More Options(⋮),select View Details
- This opens a detailed view where you can review report configuration, data structure, and other relevant information.

Go to More Options(⋮),select Duplicate
- The duplicated report can be modified without affecting the original.

Go to More Options(⋮),select Export Latest Version
- This allows you to share or analyze the report outside the platform.

Go to More Options(⋮),select Archive
- Click on the Archive action.
- The selected reports will be archived and removed from the active reports list, helping maintain a clean and organized workspace.
