The Event dashboard acts as the Event's main menu in Azavista, it is where you are first redirected when opening an event and it is also where you can quickly find information about your event and tweak its settings.
The event dashboard is divided into 4 tabs:
Dashboard
- The interface of the event dashboard is exactly the same as the General dashboard's, the only difference is that the Event dashboard widgets only reports data about this event.

Event details
- Here you can find all of the Event fields that were created in either the Global fields manager or the (local) Fields manager.
- All the fields available here can be edited at any time.

- Adding teams grants them access to the event.

- Marketing URL: Select the marketing URL for the event (more information here)
- Event website: Link to the website
- Event visibility:

- Open to the public: Anyone can access the website via its link
- Only those who get invitations: Only people who have received an invitation email (linked to an invitation workflow) can access the website
- Only those with a login: Credentials must be entered to access the website's content

- Create account: Allows visitors to create an account
- Azavista: Allows visitors to log in with an account they have previously created
- Login link: Sends an email to the participant containing an authentication code. The participant's email address must already exist in the CRM as a contact in order to receive this email.
- Access code: This code needs to be entered on the website before accessing its content

- Unique email validation:

- No validation on unique email addresses: Participants can register multiple times with the same email address
- Validation on unique email addresses: Participants cannot register multiple times with the same email address

- Teams access for participants:

- Team assigning is deactivated: Teams can see all participants as long as they have been granted access to the event
- Teams can be assigned to participants: Teams must be assigned to specific participants. If a team is not assigned to a participant, the team cannot see it.

- No registration: The website is accessible but nobody can access the forms
- Published: The website is accessible and so are the forms
- Offline: The website cannot be accessed at all
- Cancelled: When linked to the Event cancellation workflow, selecting this status will send the Event cancellation email linked to the workflow. All participants will be refunded was well if they placed any order
- Approved: Internal status, no process linked
- Draft: Internal status, no process linked

- Event publication date: Automatically set the event status to "Published" on the entered date
- Event registration deadline: Automatically set the event status to "No registration" on the entered date
- Event offline date: Automatically set the event status to "Offline" on the entered date
