Managing Products and Product Groups in Tickets and Products
Overview
The Tickets and Products module allows administrators to create and manage products, group them logically, and assign or remove them from events or event templates. This ensures accurate pricing, taxation, cancellation handling, and availability control across events.
Creating and Managing Products
1. Access the Products Section

Navigate to Tickets and Products from the main menu.

Select Products from the sub-menu.
2. Create a Product

Click + Create Product.

The product creation form opens.
3. Configure Product Details
While creating or editing a product, configure the following fields:

Product Name
Enter a clear and descriptive name for the product. -
Type
Select the product type (for example, Ticket or Add-on). -
Price
Enter the price for the product. -
Currency
Select the currency in which the product will be sold. -
Min Quantity per Buyer
Define the minimum number of units a buyer must purchase. -
Max Quantity per Buyer
Define the maximum number of units a buyer can purchase. -
Cancellation Terms
Choose the Cancellation Terms created using this article, that should be applied to the product price. -
Tax
Choose the tax rule created using this article, that should be applied to the product price.
Save the product to make it available for use.
