Accessing and Managing Email Campaigns for Marketing
Overview
The Email Campaigns module in Azavista allows users to create, view, and manage marketing email campaigns efficiently. Users can access campaign listings, switch between different views, and perform actions such as updating fields, viewing details, duplicating, or deleting campaigns.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. Access Email Campaigns
- Navigate to the Email Marketing menu from the general dashboard.
- Select Email Campaigns from the submenu.
You will be redirected to the Email Campaigns listing page where all campaigns are displayed.
2. View Email Campaign Listing
- On the listing page, you can view all available email campaigns.
- The listing includes the following columns:
- Name
- Date Created
- Email Campaign Type
3. Change Listing View
- Use the view toggle option to switch the listing to Thumb View.
This view provides a more visual representation of your email campaigns.
4. Add an Email Campaign
- Click on the Add Email Campaign button.
- Enter the required campaign details.
- Click Save to add the campaign to the listing.
5. Execute Multi-row / Single Action: Update Field
- Select one or multiple email campaigns from the list.
- Go to More Options (⋮) and click Update Field.
- Modify the required field values.
- Apply the changes.
6. Execute Single Action: View Details
- Locate the desired email campaign.
- Go to More Options (⋮) and click View Details.
You can review the full configuration and information of the selected campaign.
7. Execute Single Action: Duplicate
- Find the email campaign you want to duplicate.
- Go to More Options (⋮) and click Duplicate.
- Click on Duplicate to confirm.
A copy of the selected campaign will be created, allowing quick reuse of configurations.
8. Execute Single Action: Delete
- Locate the email campaign you want to remove.
- Go to More Options (⋮) and click Delete.
- Confirm the action.
The selected email campaign will be permanently removed from the listing.
Key Notes
- Ensure campaign details are reviewed before deletion, as this action cannot be undone.
- Duplicating campaigns helps save time when creating similar campaigns.
- Use the Update Field action to efficiently manage multiple campaigns at once.
