Adding an Email Campaign for Marketing

This article explains how users can create and configure an Email Campaign for marketing. It outlines how to define internal settings, configure sender details, manage reply and bounce addresses, and select an appropriate email theme.
By following these steps, users can ensure their email campaign is properly set up before sending it to contacts.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. Access the Email Campaign Section
- From the General Dashboard, navigate to Email Marketing.
- Select the Email Campaigns submenu.
- Click the + Email Campaign button.
2. Configure Email Campaign Details
You can now enter or edit the following fields:
Internal Email Name
- Enter a name for internal reference.
- This name is only visible within the system and helps identify the campaign.
- You can edit this field at any time before sending.
Email Subject
- Enter the subject line that recipients will see in their inbox.
- Ensure the subject is clear and engaging.
- You may edit the subject before the email is sent.
Note: If listed twice in the configuration screen, ensure both subject fields are consistent.
From Name
- Enter the sender name that recipients will see.
- This could be your company name, name of a specific individual.
From Email Address
- Enter the email address from which the campaign will be sent.
- Ensure the email domain is verified (if required by your system settings).
Reply Email
- Enter the email address where replies from recipients should be delivered.
- This can be the same as the From Email or a different monitored inbox.
Bounce Email
- Enter the email address that will receive bounce notifications.
- This helps track failed deliveries and maintain a clean mailing list.
3. Select an Email Theme
- Select the theme that best matches your organisation's branding.
- The selected theme will define the design, layout, and styling of your email.
You can preview the theme before finalizing your selection.
4. Save the Email Campaign
- Review all entered details carefully.
- Click Save to store the campaign configuration.
You can continue editing the email content and settings until the campaign is scheduled or sent.

Once completed, your Email Campaign will be properly configured with the correct sender information, subject line, reply handling, bounce management, and branding theme — ensuring professional and reliable communication with contacts.
