Using Azavista, you can design a full website with content pages and forms. However, if you prefer, you can set up a form-only website, meaning participants will land directly on the registration form without any additional content pages. The relevant confirmation pages (e.g., form submission, registration updates, or cancellations) will still be displayed as needed.
This setup is ideal when you only need participants to complete a registration form without navigating through additional event information.
Steps to Create a Form-Only Website
1. Remove All Unnecessary Content Pages
-
- Delete or unpublish any content page that is not the form or a confirmation page related to form submission.
2. Update the Website Menu
-
- Go to the Menu Editor in the Pages submodule.
- Ensure that no pages are listed in the website menu.
- If a confirmation page appears in the menu, unpublish and then re-publish it to remove it from the menu items.
3. Test the Website
-
- Open the website, and you will be directed straight to the form without any extra content pages.
