The Arrival block is used to check in participants at the event. It typically follows the Pre-arrival block and allows you to track who has arrived onsite. Once a participant is checked in (using the Check-in app or a self-service kiosk), they are automatically moved to this stage.
Just like in the Pre-arrival block, you can make a form available during this stage, for example, an on-site form or an attendee update form which participants can submit and revisit if needed.

Stage name: Define a custom label for this stage (commonly “Arrived”).

Form: Optionally select a form participants can access and submit during this stage.

Thank you page: Choose the page participants are redirected to after submitting the form.

Thank you email: Select the confirmation email sent upon form submission.
🔗 How it Works
Connect the Arrival block to a preceding Pre-arrival block. When a participant is checked in, manually or via a check-in interface (check-in app, self-service kiosk), they are automatically moved into this Arrival stage.
If a form is configured for this stage:

Participants can fill out and resubmit it at any time

They are redirected to the configured Thank You page after submission

They receive the corresponding Thank You email
This block helps you keep an accurate record of on-site arrivals and optionally collect additional information from participants during the event.
