Accessing and Configuring Event App
Overview
The Event App allows organizers to provide participants with a branded, interactive mobile experience for their event. Within the Event App menu, you can manage the app’s configuration — including enabling or disabling standalone mode, selecting a theme, multi-language selection, activating or organizing modules, and previewing the app layout across different devices. This ensures that your app matches your event design, schedule, and language preferences before publishing.

- Locate the Stand-alone Mode toggle at the top of the Event App configuration page.
- Switch the toggle ON to enable stand-alone mode (the app will function independently from other event modules).
- Switch the toggle OFF to disable stand-alone mode (the app integrates with other event tools).
- The Event App URL will be available when the Standalone App is enabled.
