Adding and Configuring One Image Gallery for the Event App

The One Image Gallery component in the Event App allows you to display a single image with customizable properties such as title, alt text, link, and formatting. It helps enhance visual engagement while also enabling redirection to internal or external content.
This guide explains how to add, configure, and manage the One Image Gallery component within the Event Web Builder.
Step-by-Step Approach
1. Add the One Image Gallery Component
- On the Event dashboard, navigate to the Content module.
- Select the Pages submenu.
- Open the required Event App page in edit mode.
- Drag and drop the component onto the desired section of the page.
2. Configure Basic Settings
- ID: Enter or edit a unique identifier for the component.
- Title: Add or update the title to be displayed with the image.
- Alt Text: Provide descriptive alt text for accessibility and SEO purposes.
3. Add Image URL and Link Behavior
- Enter a URL for redirection (supports links with or without
https). - Select a Target option:
- Same tab
- New tab
4. Upload or Select an Image
- Upload an image by dragging and dropping it from your local system.
- Alternatively, click Select Image to choose an image from the media library.
5. Apply Formatting Options
- Select the image within the component.
- Apply available formatting options such as:
- Alignment
- Spacing
- Size adjustments
- Other styling configurations
6. Reposition the Component
- Drag the One Image Gallery component to a different location within the page layout.
- Ensure proper placement based on the overall design.
7. Remove the Component
- Select the One Image Gallery component.
- Click on the Delete or Remove option.
- Confirm the action to remove it from the page.
